A customer visits two websites.
One answers instantly, guides the buyer, books appointments, and captures intent without friction.
The other says: «Browse our pages.»
Which experience feels more useful?
This is the direction customer behavior is moving.
Very soon, customers will expect websites to behave like intelligent assistants — not digital brochures.
When customer expectations move, businesses that do not adapt can look outdated very quickly.
Not because they are bad businesses.
Because the way people interact online changed first.
Websites are evolving into AI interfaces.
